The Richti large-scale construction project was implemented between the railway station and the Glatt shopping centre in Wallisellen. The traffic routing was completely amended to harmonise the main flows of slow traffic (pedestrians, bicycles) as well as the public and individual traffic flows with each other.

 

Our services

  • Environmental consulting to owner and planners
  • Environmental investigation of the building preparations (installation plan, disposal and drainage concepts, storage areas, machine list, etc.)
  • Sampling of soil and excavation material suspected of contamination (incl. neophytes)
  • Classification of (contaminated) building waste according to the waste laws
  • Coordination and monitoring of environmental requirements and measures resulting from approvals
  • Regular construction site inspections to monitor environmentally appropriate project implementation
  • Planning and implementation of environmental construction approval

Challenges

  • Construction site for several years under very narrow spatial conditions
  • Project implementation while traffic continues with a total of 9 traffic routing phases
  • Numerous integrated sub-projects such as reallocation and renewal of various public and private plant managements
