Geothermal energy
Heating and cooling with the earth
Careful planning required
Geothermal systems are designed for a service life of decades. As the possibilities vary greatly depending on the location, thorough geological investigations and careful planning are necessary.
The earth is an almost inexhaustible source of environmentally friendly and climate-neutral energy. Its use is on trend and will continue to grow in importance.
The most common method of using geothermal energy is probes that are connected to a heat pump. In winter they draw heat from the ground or groundwater, in summer they are used for cooling. The same effect can be achieved with energy piles, which serve as foundations and heat conductors.
We advise building owners on which system to use, provide support with planning and implementation and assist them with legal issues.
