Spray asbestos removal in Dielsdorf

For a large commercial building in Dielsdorf, Ecosens AG carried out a pollutant analysis of the building fabric prior to the planned conversion. This revealed intact spray asbestos applications on the upper floor, as well as already renovated surfaces with sealed spray asbestos residues.

Based on these findings, Ecosens AG was commissioned by the client to provide technical and metrological support for the remediation work.

The on-site technical support included both visual inspections and fiber measurements in accordance with VDI 3492, including:

• Inspection for testing and acceptance of the remediation zones before remediation is carried out
• Preliminary inspection to identify residual asbestos before cleaning the renovation zone
• Final inspections to check and accept the remediation work after completion of the work and before carrying out the zone clearance measurements
