Soil investigation, new residential and commercial building

An assessment of the geological and hydrogeological conditions was carried out with regard to the planned new building. Core drillings and dynamic probing as well as a pumping test were evaluated. The subsoil investigation contains information regarding the density and load-bearing capacity of the subsoil, possible foundation types, possible excavation pit closures, seepage of the meteoric water and indications of any difficulties/ in relation to the future development.
