Project description: Environmental Due Diligence Phase I and II as well as conformity examination for three portfolios of approx. 500 filling stations, including tank storage and mineral oil pipelines in Switzerland and the EU.
Reason: Determination of the current and potential environment-related investment and liability risks at the request of SOCAR Energy Holdings AG
Period: 2011/2015/2017/2018

 

Our services

  • Evaluation of a virtual data space including technical and legal approval documents as well as soil and groundwater examination and renovation reports

  • Evaluation of the available public information sources

  • Performance of site visits to verify the information in the data room

  • Verification of identified, potential contamination risks by conducting site visits in areas where contamination was suspected using percussion drilling and samples taken from the soil and the air (Phase II)

  • Risk assessment

  • Evaluation of environmental law compliance of the operation and determination of the current and potential environmental risks

  • Testing and evaluation of potential investment risks, risk quantification and cost estimate
